Feasibility study for the construction of an office tower and student accommodation on a site adjacent to the Old Street roundabout in east London.  While the office area is located in the northern part of the site, the student accommodation, organized in a “U” shaped block, is situated in the southern part of the block, opening into the residential area behind.
