The nursery and primary school of Diagonal Mar occupies half of a block of the Ensanche Cerdá located in the Poble Nou district of Barcelona. The three-storey main building occupies part of the available trapezoidal site regularized through the provision of classrooms inside the rectangular prism, inscribed on the trapeze. On the ground floor, all general services, administration and kindergarten are located. The classrooms for first cycle students are located on the first floor.  On the second floor, the classrooms for middle cycle students are located whereas the oldest students are located on the third and last floor.
