Manel Ibarra Street runs along the side of the University building, of Baroque period.  The Consell Comarcal Square extends the public space of this street towards a more elevated area where several administrative and civic buildings face.  All 2.100m2 of intervention are solved following the same formal criteria allowing for a continuous reading of the street, which becomes square, and then street again, diluting the change in level between them.
